Create a menu that will help rebrand a small restaurant from a sports bar to a medium priced American lounge.

Action

Perform a competitive analysis of similar format restaurants throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Research typography and balance contemporary and classic design aesthetics.

Deliver a double-sized tabloid menu printed on 180lb. cold press.
