Real-Time Carrier Integration
Challenge
Take recently redesign Special Offer style and create a new section in the purchase flow to help the customer see real-time updates of carrier approval, order validation and shipping.
Action
Take provided wireframes – skin & adjust them as needed.
Resolution
Create over 20 scenarios and 15 pop-up for second round of usability testing. Place flats of mocks into Justinmind Prototyper to create a interactive, scripted experience for said test.
